Kathy Dales, Director

Kathy has over 30 years’ experience within adult education and training, during which time she has delivered a wide range of Government and bespoke courses, including Job Club.

She is a natural ‘people person’ and has a talent for making people feel at ease and cared for.

Whether working in groups or on a 1-to-1 basis, Kathy takes the time to get to know her learners personally. This helps her to better understand their talents, interests and obstacles, so she can tailor the training to suit them.

Kathy loves to help people move forward with their lives in a positive way wherever she can. She lives and breathes positivity.

Qualifications:

  • Instructor Certificate in First Aid For Mental Health Level 3

  • 730 City & Guilds Adult Teachers Certificate

  • D32, D33 NVQ Customer Service Assessor

  • NCFE Level 2 Understanding Safeguarding And Prevent

  • BSL Sign Language Level 1

  • First Aid in Work

Tracey Robertson

Tracey is qualified nursery nurse and has been in the private sector training for 18 years, being a qualified NVQ assessor and adult tutor. Traceys passion is to help people become a better version of themselves, through 1-1 sessions, teaching relaxation techniques and group work.
